What the REC does do for you?

The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) is the governing body representing

the £25 billion Recruitment Industry.

With more than 7,000 corporate members and 5,000 individual members the REC is recruitment’s biggest voice.

We (Workforce Direct) are corporate members of the REC and have consultants who are individual members. All employees and management take their responsibilities seriously and will always strive to work within the REC code of Professional Practise.

We use the REC legal service to ensure we are abreast of the latest employment laws and endeavour to work ethically at all times.

If you consider we have deviated from these guidelines you should contact us after reading our Complaints Policy and Procedure. If you are still not satisfied you can contact the REC who will investigate your complaint.
